No points expected for technique, but for those who are interested: I recorded a 5-minute session on Novation Circuit Tracks using internal synthesis also controlling KORG Monologue at -6db into a Zoom H5 digital recorder, with vocals then recorded into Koala Sampler (iPad microphone) and chopped and played live over the uncut track where I placed the track in its entirety.
