Coutts / Gordon Coutts is a DJ / Producer from Bangor, Northern Ireland, who has a been fixture of the NI club scene for over 25 years, playing at events all across the UK and Ireland and beyond, including Godskitchen, Planet Love and Ibiza, and headline sets at many events.
He started DJing in the 90's and shortly began playing local gigs around the North Down area, securing his first residency at the Knightsbridge in Newtownards. He properly made his name in the mid 2000's onwards with his distinctive brand of Tech-Trance, with a string of successful releases on labels such as Vandit, Spinnin, Fraction, Aria, Tangled Audio and many more, with support from most of the big players.
In more recent years he has fully embraced his Techno oriented side and has been primarily releasing and playing under his 'Coutts' alias, with releases on Hydraulix, Refined Format, Resilient Recordings, Physical Techno Recordings, Mechanikal and Pure Dope Digital amongst many more.
Gordon is A&R for ‘Keep On Techno Records’, taking on the role in 2022 after being a core artist on the label.

Acid Techno Mix II

IS.IA – pasjonatka surowego, klasycznego, wysokiej jakości techno. Urodzona w czasach ostatniego pokolenia dorastającego bez smartfonów, dźwięki poznawała w domowym zaciszu – od Vivaldiego po Jeana-Michela Jarre’a, z płyt, które po prostu były pod ręką.
Jej pierwszym kontaktem z muzyką była nauka gry na keyboardzie, ale dopiero wiele lat później odnalazła ścieżkę, która naprawdę zaiskrzyła. W 2023 roku trafiła do Electronic DJ School, gdzie po raz pierwszy stanęła za konsoletą.
Po niemal roku eksplorowania brzmień nagrała pierwszy set dla Dirty Stuff Records, a niedługo później postawiła pierwsze kroki w produkcji, wydając utwór „Ferro” dla tej samej wytwórni. W kolejce do wydania czeka już kilka kolejnych produkcji, a pasja do tworzenia i miksowania ciągle przybiera na sile.

Decoded Magazine Mix of the Month August Submission – DJ Chris van Deer

Techno DJ/Producer Stoke on Trent, I started to DJ and Music Production when I was a youth. In 2004 to 2009 I presented my own shows with TECHNO.FM a online radio station based in Canada. My shows were monthly, as time passed my shows were becoming more popular with listeners all around the world and the station hosts. This gave me better opportunities for me to develop as a DJ and more shows to feature on the station at TECHNO.FM Eventually due to funding new music for my shows I decided to part from the station. The hosts were really appreciated for what I did with my shows and gave me the best of luck for any future developments I evolved in DJing with. All of this experience in DJing it gave me more confidence and networking with other DJs from other shows, always receiving great feedback by them.

I was asked to be involved with a project called “Faces of Techno” in Birmingham that is about how people show interest in Techno music, either as DJs/Producers, Clubbers, and talk about their early influences of how the scene is developing as a whole. My Morphing Imagination Ep release with FNOOB DIGITAL features vocalist "SHEENA BRATT" of Venus Rising and features remixes by JUAN TRUJILLO & GABROS, the release received great support from DJs/Artists from all around the world.

I have done a Podcast show for Art Style: Techno for Xilinox Presents Inside the Machine featuring Tyler Smith & Xilinox and more recently with Tyler Smith Empty Space? shows on FNOOB TECHNO RADIO. I have work with Kareem Smith on a collaboration, which is out on a Urban Kickz Special Series on all digital download stores.
