This tune is a bit of an experiment. Sometimes I will purposely change something in the way I write music just to try something new. In this case I didn't do a lot of planning or mapping out melody lines as I usually do. With this composition I just kind of "went with it" and just "did it".

My conclusion is it isn't a bad thing, artistically speaking, but I prefer working the way I have been planning things out a bit more. Maybe it's the 20 years of UNIX programming that's made a bit fussy about that. 

In any case, this tune is in three parts.  The first part is a prog rock guitar/synth feature. The second part is kind of a Pink Floyd-ish, epic rock, big lead guitar thing. The last bit bit is more of a straight out rock deal. Hope ya like it. - Cheers!
