Adana Twins latest effort, 'Heroe', gets the remix treatment, as krankbrother, SevenDoors and Dino Lenny each deliver for Exploited.

Formed of Friso and Take It Easy (they're unrelated, despite the name), Hamburg duo Adana Twins have been making a lost of noise in recent years, and following hits for the label in 2012, Exploited seems to have become somewhat of a spiritual home for them.

Now that imprint has drafted in three top producers to have a crack at the Twins' track 'Heroe', and after hearing what Italian, Dino Lenny, came up with, we knew we had to share it with you loyal DT readers. An atmospheric affair, punctuated by a simple but sturdy four-to-the-floor beat, Dino's remix can be streamed below.

The 'Heroe' remixes drop Monday 5th October via Beatport with an iTunes release following on October 19th.

The Matvey Emerson remix is the first remix out of a series of 4 remixes to be released off the Tom Ferry "Loveshy" EP. Matvey's remix take a smooth tough on the upbeat thumping original with a more hypnotic type rhythm.

Since his frst appearance on JEUDI with “True” our favourite Monte has developed his very own unique style. Coming from the nerdish synth world and being a big Carpenter fan his now darker approach to his sound was a consequent progression. We are great admirers of his art and proud to present his 3rd release , the “Radical” EP on JEUDI records.

As remixers we have engaged Man Power who came to fame in 2013 and kept his real identity under wraps which has led him to be mistaken for John Talabot or some other major artist. His recent album on correspondant was incredibly well received. 

Washerman, Gianni Siravo has been around since many years under diferent names releasing since 1998 on drumpoet community amongst others. We have been following their works for a while now and are very happy they said promptly “yes” when our request came.

Radical is a hymnic thick and deep monster with a master bass lead constantly evolving to the bursting point when every part of the body starts to shiver. “Radical” was a permanent feature of our summer sets and always one of the highlights concerning crowd reaction.

Simpler is dark, trippy and cinematic. It’s a technoish path Monte is following here. The raw sequence is fanked by rough brasses and spooky darkness. Monte presses every bottom in this epic piece.

Remixes:
Man Power combines disco-heavy acoustic percussion & slighter rhythmic to create a more positive tension of the “Radical” track, in which mallets take over the mainrole.

Washerman extracted the spheric side of “Simpler” in his interpretation. Atmosphere is defnitely the emphasis of this work of complexity.

It’s all an “Illusion“, a story told in the night, without breaks and memories. A constructed universe, an experience of life. Miyagi created a two tracker full off emotions and inspiring sounds. Drifting, kicking, technoid and right on time for your club trip. “Butterfly“ feat. M.Tuschy is a simple tribute to bass and kick. It starts hard and groovy, you will have no time to breath. Berlin DJ/producer Daniel Steinberg returns with his wonderful third album ‘Left-Handed’ – a kaleidoscopic trip through house, electronica and jazz and imbued with the artist’s trademark warmth and adventurous musical spirit. 

With any rich, textured, personality-laden Daniel Steinberg release, there’s always a story. An entertaining tale often of misfortune and downtrodden luck that eventually gives rise to inspired moments of creative clarity and some of the finest productions of the German’s career.

True to form – ‘Left-Handed’ is no different. The colourful 9-track work was born out of a booze-fuelled accident around Christmas last year that resulted in a fracture to Steinberg’s right wrist. With his girlfriend heading home for the holidays and a broken internet connection, the Berliner had little else to do but pour his focus into music.
