This is a musically adept rendering of Johnny Mandel's Oscar-winning melody.  But the style ignores the intent of Paul Francis Webster's Oscar-winning lyrics.  "Our wistful little star was far too high."  This is a song about love lost but not forgotten.  It needs a slower, more wistful tempo.  That said, your guitar playing on this track is world-class.  The singer and actor in me asks, please pay closer attention to the lyrics, especially the verse. ☺
