Im Jahr 2004 haben Fabian und Galal das DJ-Team GLEICHSCHRITT ins Leben gerufen. Der Name symbolisiert die gemeinsame Entdeckungs- und Erlebnisreise in der Welt der elektronischen Musik. Die beiden DJs haben ihre Leidenschaft für diesen Sound schon früh entdeckt und teilen diese Energie gerne mit ihrem Publikum. Doch GLEICHSCHRITT bietet noch weit mehr: dank ihrer Aufgeschlossenheit und ihrem breit gefächterten Interesse an verschiedenen Styles ist jeder Gig ein unvergleichliches, einzigartiges Erlebnis.
Anfangs spielte GLEICHSCHRITT vorwiegend in kleineren Pubs in und um Zürich, doch bald eroberten Sie auch die DJ-Pulte der bekannteren Clubs wie dem Hive (Resident), Q-Club, Kaufleuten, Supermarket, Alte Börse, Mascotte und der ehemaligen Dachkantine. Neben zahlreichen Untergrundparties fanden auch Gigs im Ausland statt, zum Beispiel auf Ibiza und in Barcelona (Spanien), München (Deutschland) und Hurghada (Ägypten).
An den Annual Swiss Electronic Music Awards 2006 wurde GLEICHSCHRITT der “Best Newcomer DJ of the Year 2006”-Award verliehen.
GLEICHSCHRITT hat sich inzwischen zwei Labels angeschlossen, die perfekt zu ihnen passen: Grundton, ein auf Kenner fokussiertes Label, und ESANCE, das sich auf spezielle und innovative Grooves mit dem „gewissen Etwas“ spezialisiert hat.
Doch das ist natürlich längst nicht alles! GLEICHSCHRITT hält auch für die Zukunft noch die eine oder andere Überraschung bereit, nicht zuletzt im Bereich der Eigenproduktion. Also: Bleibt im Gleichschritt und stay tuned!

Torsten Kanzler releases on TKR the atmospheric thick and driving single ELEMENTS. Forward pushing techno - a journey full of groove, dark synths and catching breaks. 

IRON grabs you by its straight drums, dark bass and synth runs as well as the many sound layers. The JOLIE REMIX goes one step further towards the early club hours and remains true to the intense drive of the original. 

GOLD is a bit more rhythmic, but also keeps the dark charm of the whole release. Full of psychedelic sounds and a never-ending euphoric rhythm, the Kanzler's new release presents itself.

Release Info:

The new release on AFU is coming straight out from Stuttgart. “The Trip” is the first strike by the collaboration of Raphael Dincsoy and Robin Hirte. The connection of these guys is very young and fresh, but they felt really fast that they have a quite similar perception of modern techno music. Even the lead track The Trip was the first track they ever produced together. This track was produced during their very first studio session. After that, it was clear that they have to create more because it definitely felt right. Raphael Dincsoy is more known as promoter and booker of Stuttgart`s Lehmann Club or as chief editor of the Partysan Magazine. In the past he did also some digital Eps and Remixes on labels like Kaufe Musik, Sickness or Fassade Records. Robin Hirte in contrast is an “old stager” in the techno and producing business. He is running his own vinyl label “Truth Tracks” and “DasOhr”. Currently he has some big artists on his labels like Dj Rush, Tommy DeClerque, Niereich and many more.
With their debut on AFU, Dincsoy &amp; Hirte presenting a three track EP. The Trip as the opener is a dark, rollin` and heavy bass techno track. Combined with the mystical and spooky vocals they create a very hypnotical atmosphere. At least after the break you will see the dance floor peoples hands in the air…  “Knock! Knock” is a bit similar in the mood with a kind of more roughness. Maybe a bit more rave like. A pumpin` and very oppressive bassline is blowing the groove on. 
“Jogging” on the other hand is the most groovy track. It is nearly tech house but with a totally individual note. Not the typical happiness vibe, but rather a bit angry in the mood. The groove is milling on from the first second directly to the feed and the brian. All three tracks are 100% peak time and dancefloor oriented sound. Definitely a well done debut by Raphael Dincsoy &amp; Robin Hirte.
