A little experiment I did with Logic Pro. Went completely out of my comfort zone when it comes to genres. 

A New Start

Born and raised on the island of Curacao, exposed to many different rhythms, Kevin finds his home in Country music. Growing up around a blend of many cultures has helped Kevin become the person he is today. Kevin has always been surrounded by music and picked up the guitar when he was 12 years old. He started taking piano lessons when he was just 7. Singing came naturally and so did song writing. Kevin grew up listening to bands like Bon Jovi, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Johnny Cash, and Merle Haggard. He’s performed as a guest star on local shows like Curastars, and also created music specials for local television. Getting to perform with many great local artists is always a learning experience. “Growing up on a beautiful island in the Caribbean playing Country music ain’t always easy,” Carty says. “But with persistence and the right musical blends you can accomplish anything.”
