Pretty sure this was actually 2002 - 2003 was my first enchanted and rave... when I saw the flash player ad for it online it had crescendos of xtc in the background as it'd featured the year before... hearing it for the first time was like I'd discovered the backdoor to reality after living a sheltered childhood....  2004 was freeformation a bit later around the time of like atomic orbital etc.... Either way you blokes left a fucking mark in my brain and on this city. I'm still feeling the aftershocks 20 years later from the bomb that went off in my brain.

This track was my first Nu Energy vinyl. Been addicted since then.

I dealt with a lot of mocking from people about the sounds I was into, but along with freeform becoming one of the most respected and loved genres in the scene, it was awesome to also see the other names like Hixxy, Scott Brown, K-Komplex, Robbie Long and A.M.S all play at these parties, and UKHardcore (all that it includes), finally getting the respect it deserved!!!

Wow, what a f*ckin party!! Enchanted is a yearly event run by Australia's most up for it party town Adelaide. Every year this event attracts up to 9000 people who just wanna dance their nuts off! This was the first year any DJ's from the Nu Energy Collective have supplied the talent. Sharkey and Kevin Energy were the chosen ones and what a party it was. Sharkey ripped up the mic for most the night and still had the energy to give a wicked DJ set at 8am in the morning! BIG UP ADELAIDE for rocking and giving it your most as always! Enjoy the set.
