I’ll probably see him at church in April, kinda jealous of his happiness,
he says we miss you and we always will, I give a smile but don’t like to admit,

I praised God but in the whiskey I drowned, me and sean were just messing around.
and when it comes it’ll set me free, I’ll lay still like a fallen tree,
and on a worn out plaque it’ll read, here lays a kid who who never found his wings.

An I’m sorry for my lying, but I was mixed up at the time and I wasn’t happy.
