This audio features a few little snippets off an old shitty cassette I managed to hold onto for over 4 decades. 
In 1979, a UNR student named Carl Nesbitt hosted an hour-long Saturday night new wave radio show on KUNR and he was cool enough to take me, my brother Steve and sister Cari's requests.  
We knew that he predominately played lighter new wave stuff so we would requests stuff from The Police, Boomtown Rats and the B-52s but eventually, we badgered the poor guy to play more punk rock until finally, we convinced him that he should let us come by the station during his show with records from our own collections and play our records on the air. 
So, we did. Every Saturday night. 
Back then, we referred to ourselves as the 'Sex Pistols Fan Club' which Carl references.
