A song written for a friendly songwriting contest.  As November is the month of Movember, the challenge was to write a song about a moustache, or a character with a moustache.  The song had to be between 2-4 minutes long and mention the moustache at least 3 times.

Mervyn’s magic moustache
It sits upon his face
It makes him superhuman

My first track created using Caustic 3 (a DAW downloadable onto mobile devices).  I named it Sidescroller as it reminds me of the sort of thing you'd hear on 90's video games (many of which were side-scrolling action games).

This isn't one of The Beautiful South's most well-known songs, however it's one of my favourites so I thought I'd record a version of it.
