Having recently produced and released new material, @key-be decided that it was about time to record a new live set. “This way I’d like to share my music and enable listeners to discover my musical universe”, says the young musician. He recorded the set in his atelier in Paris - in a basement: “I spend a lot of time there because the quietness and solitude help me express my ideas musically while going deeper into the topic.” It is vitally important for him to tell a story through his sets. “It is not only about the tracks but rather some kind of contemplation throughout the whole mix, the feelings involved, cultural inspiration and a bit of my personality”, says Keybe. “The Nomad Soul” is the result of several months full of work and learning. Seine neuen Produktionen – sie waren die Inspiration, dass @key-be ein neues Liveset aufnahm. „Ich will so meine Musik teilen und sie soll entdeckt werden“, erklärt der junge Musiker, „und so können alle in mein musikalisches Universum eintauchen.“ Als er dieses Set aufzeichnete, war er in seinem Atelier im Herzen von Paris – und zwar in einem unterirdischen Keller: „Ich bringe viel Zeit an diesem Ort, weil ich es in der Stille und der Einsamkeit schaffe, meine Ideen musikalisch auszudrücken und tiefer in die Materie vorzudringen.“ Das Wichtigste ist für ihn, dass die Zusammenstellung eine Geschichte erzählt. „Es geht nicht nur um die Tracks, sondern auch um eine Reflexion im gesamten Set, das Gefühle, kulturelle Inspirationen und ein wenig von meiner Persönlichkeit vermischt“, so Keybe. „The Nomad Soul“ ist die Frucht mehrerer Arbeitsmonate, die mehrere Phasen des Lernens von Keybe zusammenfassen. Berlin-based duo Aananda debuts on Art Vibes with ‘Oxted Moods’, a dreamy house-infused EP. Iman Deeper and Hubrist joined forces to create Aananda, highly inspired by electronica & deep house. The duo also performs live through instrumental improvisations and electronic reshaping of their original material.

This release is made up of three originals and two remixes by Tunisian desert explorer KeyBe and Berlin shaman Sangeet. The three originals, ‘Sultano’, ‘Oxted Moods’ and ‘Of A Nightingale’ are crafted with catchy filtered grooves, distant piano chords, and traditional percussions, perfect blend for a chilled down afternoon party. Paying attention to details, Aananda carefully sets a floating and hypnotic atmosphere throughout this EP.

Sangeet’s interpretation is focused on a groovy blend of percussions, rhythms & vocal samples maintaining the original’s deep atmosphere. KeyBe’s vision of Sultano builds a haunting and mesmerizing feel through the choice of hypnotic string patterns and ethereal pads.

After their critically acclaimed collaborative EP 'Circle of Life' released in 2017, KeyBe & SEGG strike back on Art Vibes with 'Moonburn'.

The two originals 'Moonburn' and 'Celestia' come with two hand-crafted remixes from Art Vibes’ own Pandhora and rising canadian duo Underher.

'Moonburn' is a deep ballad produced with ethereal synthesized sounds and organic percussions. The classical guitar arpeggios give a 70's psychedelic vibe to this beautiful piece.

'Celestia' is an emotional yet powerful track, focusing on modern digital sonorities. Its oriental inspiration sets a special atmosphere that'll make quite a difference in a club or festival context.

Pandhora’s rendition of 'Moonburn' is centered around groovy percussions and vintage acoustic drums, creating a swinging rhythmic basis on top of which the enchanting electric-keyboard and flute develop to take one on a smooth journey.

Underher's unique sound signature is clearly reinforced with their remix of 'Celestia'. The alternance of catchy instrumental drops and airy vocal break is a rollercoaster through the band's sensual universe.
