this album is for all the broken people out there. I want everyone to know that it’s okay to feel these things. It’s okay to be vulnerable. I speak so much about my mental health because i want to normalize talking about our feelings. i want to inspire people around me to get help and start speaking up for themselves. So many people reached out during these dark times of mine and it made realize that i’m not alone. So many people are out there hurting and you may never know since they dont talk about it. I. want. to. help.

so for the 1st month when the album drops.. i’ll be donating 100% of proceeds to - To Write Love on Her Arms. as much as i would like the money, i would rather make a positive impact in the world. ive grown so passionate about mental health and i’m gonna try my best to focus on this subject w/ Ballads. TWLOHA is an organization i grew up with and always loved what they did. They provide amazing info for those struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and thoughts of suicide.
