Learning To Fly

Tesselate Records newcomer Prizma has come out of the gate toting some heavy machinery in his Clash Concept EP. The release features three originals and five remixes, all of which rove the perimeters of bass music and chart strong garage influences with a dash of techno in the mix. The beats are minimalist in terms of construction, but are most definitely large and bossy as they emit total warehouse vibes.

Sometimes emotions and pain can get in the way of us achieving and doing what we want in life. For me one of those is making my music, sometimes I find it so hard to even open up my software and get cracking on my music. The strange thing is; once I'm actually going on the software I'm having a wonderful time! I used to avoid making music but for the life of me I don't know why. I'd just sit there sad and bored, unsatisfied with anything else that I was doing but for some reason making music was too much. THAT is what this song is about. Having finished this LP I will say this; never let sadness get in the way of creativity, use it as fuel and keep working, I know now from experience how much happier you can be when you actually finish that project!
