Mystik is the solo music project of lifelong instrumentalist and veteran recording artist Peter Loomis. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Peter has now lived in San Francisco, CA, for the past 22+ years. His influences run deep through all kinds of music, having started playing instruments and performing at a young age. He discovered electronic music and started raving while at university in Chicago and clubbing in New York where he began to collect records and DJ.

Danza del Viento meaning "Dance of the Wind" invokes the powerful forces that carved
out the great canyons of the southwestern United States and the sacred red rock
country of the Sinagua, Hopi and Diné where Poranguí has spent much of his life.
It is a song to the winged nation and our ancestors whose spirits continue to guide us
upon the whispering winds. Sung in multiple languages including Quechua, Lakota,
Spanish and Portuguese, Danza del Viento captures the cross-cultural spirit of

Embarking on their second collaborative endeavor, the Italian beat makers and multi- instrumentalists, Halfred and Lo.Renzo further solidify their close working relationship with their first EP as Jakare. Released on Desert Trax, Jakare’s ‘Apu’ EP is the culmination of all that’s dear about both artists’ creative vision, blending intricate technical design with melodic tenderness and biophilic atmospherics. The artists’ choice to pursue these new avenues of shamanic downtempo music reflects their willingness to start afresh under a new alias and pursue experimentation without the pre- conceived associations with their solo projects.
