Jebidiah Stuart Keynon Crawford, better known as Keynon, is a rising hip-hop artist representing Duval County (Jacksonville, FL).  Keynon’s profound music identifies with the average person and narrates everyday events.  His lyrics reflect real life trials and tribulations that were inspired by an upbringing in foster care. As a teenager, Keynon turned to writing and rapping as a form of therapy.  This conviction has inspired his creation of Therapeutic Music. The Beatles, Tupac, The Temptations, Eminem, and especially Master P are just a few performers that have influenced Keynon.

Keynon just completed a self-promoting U.S. Tour, including one notable performance at FAMU where he stopped traffic while performing in front of hundreds of people.  With the support from multi-platinum producer Self and Puzzle Smart Studios, Keynon released a mix tape series entitled Origin along with his debut album Legacy featuring the hit single Hip-Hop.  Keynon is currently working on his second album with platinum selling producer/engineer Matthew Wiese of Puzzle Smart Studios.

Keynon’s sophomore album, Therapeutic Music, reflects the substance of its very title.  Its energetic hip-hop beats build a familiar foundation, while its eclectic mix of therapeutic melodies entrance the listener.  Keynon’s lyrical labyrinth will captivate audiences, ignite fans, and convert nonbelievers.  Therapeutic Music is scheduled for release in 2014.
