Brendan S. Rose is one of the most notoriously censored content creators on the face of the earth.
Known for his extreme and out of this world content creation, his videos, books, songs, and videogames
have attained notoriety and infamy within the circles that openly speak his name, and those who don't.
He is responsible for the myth of the name, whereby you may use any name you want to refer to him, except his own.
A rule which brings him a lot of grief during any in person communication with a famous content creator where he
is asking them to name him. The answer is always universally no. They worship like the brood by using any other name than Brendan.
This rather odd scenario has created a religious cult in the undercurrents of the internet, one he has taken full advantage of,
Leveraging it into all kinds of useful purposes.

He has a young son who he expects will become even more dangerous than him.
He is primarily a writer of new original religious works, and is planning to build his own religion,
already under construction. The HRTO case is a religious discrimination case,
Where the courts are now determining whether Brendan's beliefs constitute a religion or not,
and therefore, religious protections under the law.

He has produced Thousands of Songs and Videos in service to this religion,
Their controversial nature makes the state very hesitant to provide official religious status to them,
And also makes them a prime target for removal by large companies controlling the market on speech and expression,
Risk averse companies often destroy his works, his videos and songs, as violating their TOS,
This case will determine whether he can claim religious status, making those takedowns illegal under
Human Rights Law, ultimately it is a litmus test on whether strange and unconventional creeds gain protection under the law,
and whether big companies can use their TOS to remove speech the state has determined is protected religious expression.
