This is a remix of a timeless classic by a band called ''Rezonansa'' I made with a goal of bringing the song to electronic dancefloors. 
I do not want to make any money of it since I do not own the lyrics/vocals to the song. Every other element of the track was done by me.
For that reason I made it available for free. The remix was done purely out of love for the original.

"I made this mix recorded this mix as a tribute and in memory of a 6 years long partner (my ex girlfriend) Sarah Ramirez aka Rox c Brown, who passed away last year from a rare and agressive type of cancer.  

Her loss came up as a tremendous shock and painful event, for I shared 6 years of traveling the globe together. Her passing was unbelievable at first knowing how healthy of spirit and body she always was. 
She was such a ray of light and an inspiring soul for many of us.
It took me quite some time to process it all, and find a way to express all the crazy emotions that came through the mourning.

Music was the best way to honour her. I selected tracks from the time back when we were together, songs which always make me think of her and the emotions she carried. That's what I tried to share through this mix. 

I know deep down this mix will help her stay alive in our heart. 

Today would have been her birthday.

The original track "Raga Bhaivar" by Indian artist Charanjit Singh was released in 1982. This track is groundbreaking as it foreshadowed the birth of acid house, thanks to the unconventional use of the TB-303, which was paired with the TB-808 for one of the first times.

Preview of the material for my upcoming album "Elektroizvorika", which will be dedicated to electronic adaptations of some of my favorite traditional songs from the Balkans. On the other side, there will be "Izvorika", with a pure vocal interpretations.

"Jesam li ti, Jelane" and "Maro Resavkinjo" are songs from the Second Garland "From my Native Land" by famous Serbian composer and choral conductor Stevan Stojanović Mokranjac. "Maro Resavkinjo" was the first song I was singing as a soloist in Children's choir, when I was 9 years old.

Tamara Kezz is a producer, singer, live music performer and a DJ from Serbia. She is one of the most interesting musicians from Serbia, and the first artist from this country, who played at the Glastonbury Festival, where she had 2 shows last Summer.

Her musical expression is recognizable by a unique merging of a contemporary, electronic sound and stylized singing with a hint of traditional Balkan melodies, but also for her very emotional interpretation and powerful energy.

She has been releasing music from 2014, and since 2018 she has started to perform intensively in music clubs, presenting her specific hybrid of live and DJ set. This experience led her to a deep exploration of the electronic music world, which inspired her to develop a unique live set. Last year she had the premier at the legendary EXIT Dance Arena, when she opened the night for Monolink, Satori and Stephan Bodzin.

She is also active in electronic duo Tijamara.
