Following the breakout success of his debut EP If You, which earned over 22M+ streams on Spotify and featured the viral hit Do You Go Up, Khai returns with a new single that marks the beginning of a decade-in-the-making rebirth.

Written, produced, mixed, and mastered entirely by Khai, the song was recorded in a house nestled in the hills of West Hollywood, surrounded by the private collection of a renowned art collector. Pieces by Murakami, Sorayama, and Daniel Arsham filled the space — their dreamlike futurism seeping into the music. The result is emotionally raw, with lush synthscapes, melodic ad-libs, airy vocal riffs, and soft mechanical textures.

The single is a reflection on personal freedom. It’s a soulful, slow-burning anthem about reclaiming your boundaries and choosing yourself. Both intimate and expansive, it marks the start of a new era under the banner of YouTopia, a project set to redefine his artistic identity.

With thousands of dedicated listeners, Khai is ready to reintroduce himself — fully evolved, creatively independent, and more honest than ever.
