Prayer is an expression of trust and dependence on God. God’s cure, solution & prescription for any earthly human problem is prayer. When you pray, you move away from a place of anxiety and into a place of trusting God. The one who trusts in God continues in prayers and supplications night and day.

It is very easy for God to include you, but for this to happen you must desire God and drop the weight.
