As Christians, we must bear the fruits of the Spirit. God has given us the power to bear the fruits of the Spirit. But we must be reliant on God and His Spirit. By doing this we are not fulfilling the desires of the flesh. God must be in control, we must give way for God in our lives.

In times of fasting, you must stand firm. The reference point to your testimony is in your standing firm. Fasting can change your story.  Fast with an assignment and stand firm.  Fasting comes with physical things to do in order to see spiritual results. Fasting is not fasting only from food but from your normal way of living.  Fasting is disconnecting from the world and prayer is connecting back to God,
