Going back to 2002, this tune was shared with several artists, friends, etc. and then leaked to file-sharing programs like Soulseek (remember that?) and after some time went on to have a modicum of success on a several YouTube channels. 
Last year The Enemy found the original track file, Gigantor put a new mixdown on it, and now you have the first ever official release of "The Ladies."

En el capitulo anterior hablamos un poco de lo que es la Dopamina, para que sirve y como actua en cada uno de nosotros. Hoy seguiremos explorando el tema y en esta ocacion nos centraremos en los efectos de la musica que amamos en nuestro cerebro y como la Dopamina juega un papel imporatente es este fenomeno.

Un nuevo estudio ha encontrado que la dopamina, un neurotransmisor que juega un papel importante en nuestro funcionamiento cognitivo, emocional y conductual, desempeña un papel directo en la experiencia de recompensa inducida por la música. Los nuevos hallazgos han sido publicados en el Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

“En la vida cotidiana, los humanos buscan regularmente participar en experiencias sumamente complejas y placenteras, como escuchar música, cantar o tocar, que no parecen tener ninguna ventaja específica en la supervivencia. Comprender cómo el cerebro traduce una secuencia estructurada de sonidos, como la música, en una experiencia placentera y gratificante es una pregunta desafiante y fascinante», explica la autora del estudio, Laura Ferreri, profesora asociada de psicología cognitiva en la Universidad de Lyon.

Este estudio muestra por primera vez el papel causal de la dopamina en el placer y la motivación musical: disfrutar de una pieza musical, obtener placer de ella, querer escucharla de nuevo, estar dispuesto a gastar dinero en ella, depende en gran medida de la dopamina en nuestras sinapsis

Por supuesto, el equipo reconoce que no se puede concluir que tomar dopamina aumentará el placer musical, sin embargo, escuchar la música que amamos podría hacer que nuestro cerebro libere más dopamina, un neurotransmisor crucial para el funcionamiento emocional y cognitivo de los humanos, y este es un hallazgo sin duda significativo.
