Sheol, traducido como «fosa común de la humanidad» o «abismo» es el inframundo del Antiguo Testamento. Un lugar al que van y permanecen todas las almas muertas hasta el Juicio Final; tanto los justos como los malvados, independientemente de las decisiones morales que se tomen en la vida. Premiere: Apnée Artefact is presenting their first release called Crossing Sheol by Blime Dust and The Undertaker's Tapes.

Sheol, translated as « common grave of humanity » or « abyss » is the underworld of the Old Testament. A place which all the dead souls go and remain until the Last Judgement ; both the righteous and the wicked, regardless of the moral choices made in life. A place of stillness and darkness cut off from God.

In a perfect balance between forceful distinctive entities, Blime Dust and The Undertaker’s Tapes join forces on a sharp narrative soundscape probing the sinister atmosphere of Sheol.
This first collaboration gives rise to an unique experimental sonic art, in which rage-filled distorted vocals, destructive war drums, harsh guitars or abstract noises provide a performance coming from deep down inside.

Raquitismo EP is the second reference in 12" and tenth of the label signed by the Vallisolean artist Alf.

"The theme of this EP revolves around the hyperactivity to which both the capitalist system and ourselves require us to live, thinking that this ultra productivity will make us feel happy and fulfilled at some point, how we isolate ourselves in our small strengths and see foreigners as viruses to be eliminated or expelled. "

The 5 original tracks of this EP have been designed with few tracks but consciously processed to create a forceful atmosphere ready for the dancefloor.

The technical part of this work is once again the work of Dan Böhler, who has mixed and mastered this album and has also given us a remix "house brand" to the title track of the EP. The visual work is in charge of Marcos Abella

New Zealand producer @HarryCharles follows up his sophomore album MOVEMENT with the new track 'The Luck', which marks a shift towards a more energetic and uplifting direction.

‘The Luck’ blends hook-laden melodies and bright synth layers with a driving deep house groove. It’s a clear evolution from the downtempo, organic moods of MOVEMENT, and signals a bold new chapter for Harry’s sound.

Fractions - Control

Fractions eschew biographical identity in their debut release for Berlin’s FLEISCH records. A potent mix of EBM, techno, breakbeat, electro, acid and horror-soundtrack provides only a title, ‘Control’, S&M leaning artwork that seems to reference Dali’s ‘In Voluptas Mors’ and a one-line manifesto: MAKE DEAD DANCE.

True to these words, established formalities are cast aside as the record
begins without ceremony; barrel-reverb percussion strikes, a hard hitting straight snare and vinyl crackle ambience set the tone; once the 4/4 kick hits, the basis of ‘Control’ is established. The first four tracks explore EBM, new-beat and acid within the 120-125bpm spectrum, horror-sci-fi pads weave between razor sharp arpeggiations, distorted 303 squelch emerges from doomsday sirens and in the vocal sample taken from the title track, a single, ominous voice urges the
listener to ‘control your mind’.

The final two tracks explore more broken, stepping rhythms, the
extended middle section of ‘Celestial’ transitions from pads that wouldn’t sound out of place in Aphex Twin’s ambient works into a cold John Carpenter-esque piano loop; the final track ‘Inhale/Exhale’ picks up the tempo but focuses on a slowly building frenzy of percussion and arpeggiation, with a snare drum that gradually gathers intensity as the track progresses, tying the swarming rhythm together and closing the record with the anticipation of a drop that never
manifests.

For a debut EP, Fraction’s ‘Control’ shows a markedly developed voice in tying together genres under a haze of dance-floor gloom.
