A Dubstep style demo using only Rob Papen's Predator, and RP Punch.  Clap/snares were added, and the track was put through a basic mastering chain.  No additional processing, or external FX were used on the synth.

A relaxed ambient composition in the key of A minor.  All original sound design, synth patches, and production.  Performed in one take with a deeply connected multi-instrument making extensive use of Logic's MIDI environment and audio routing capabilities.  Tracks were then mixed and mastered without post-editing.

Kial - Midnight Lull

Deep, and dark.....a sci-fi style exploration of space and sound.  All original sound design and composition.  Only the hi-hat and vocal samples were imported, the rest was recorded & processed, or synthesized.

Good music isn’t defined solely by technical prowess and masterful production. In the most powerful music, such aspects are masked by the emotional resonance they elicit. The deciding characteristic is an intimacy invoked in the listener. The tracks we love speak to us, sometimes literally: as a writer, my favorite songs and mixes tend to inspire words. An ambient piece performed with all hardware, that was recorded in one take with no over-dubs, or post-processing.  Hardware used: a 6U Eurorack modular system, MOTU896HD, and the DigiTech Polara reverb pedal.  This was a 'self-generative' patch that can play on its own endlessly, but I interacted with the patch settings a lot to create more of a song structure.
