For our next InSession mix we present a live set from festival curator, label owner, and super talented live artist P.O. The aforementioned festival and label of the same name of Era.Ora couples together an energetic mix of sounds that go some way to define what P.O himself prides himself on. From his own releases on the likes of Griffe and 22Recordings his style is upfront, but always with a twist of the mystique.

His recording is a unique blend of rugged basslines, heavy hitting drums, a smattering of French Touch, and the odd curveball. This all combines to produce the desired effect, which is a sound palette that is all his own. This Corsican is quickly on the ascent and one listen to this tour de force will explain why his live sets are so highly prized.

Federica Bolognini aka frieda (@frieda189) is an italian vinyl selector. She was part of the Roman underground clubbing scene since she was a teenager, working behind the scenes for at least 10 years for many Roman clubs, later becoming promoter of the historic Goa Club, whose Communications project she followed for three years. Her background is in Communication for Arts and Events, working in arts & culture, music, performing and cinema industries. She's now in Milan, as Communications manager for Polifonic Festival. Since 2015 she has collected vinyls - lover of wax with 80s, 90s and early 00s sonorities.

This podcast represents the warm soundscape of a daydreaming synesthesia, from the darkest downtempo to a deep electro with house & acid grooves, carrying you on a visual journey through music, with a cinematic storyline.
