No song perfectly describes the way I've been feeling for the past couple of weeks. It's a happy positive thing, taken with a softer and perhaps more emotional approach. KEAT is the moniker of 24-year-old Singaporean singer-songwriter, Lim Jing Jie. With a touch of humour and a dash of vulnerability, KEAT captures an eclectic yet earnest fusion of modern pop, R&B and jazz. Influenced by the likes of Sam Smith, Lauv & Troye Sivan, his writing often offer more than what they seem - a sincerity edged by hints of humour and playfulness. 

Having performed at platforms such as Esplanade’s All Things New and the Baybeats Open Stage in 2019, KEAT’s soothing vocals and impressionable stage presence have continued to charm and enthral audiences, inviting them into a world of wonder, reflection and liberation. He hopes to continue sharing his music with those around him, adding joy, humour & positivity into an otherwise fast-paced world and is currently working on his debut EP, slated to be released in mid 2020.
