Slinks, part of the Amen4Tekno Records crew is normally known for his hardtekno and jungletek sounds, a blend of 4x4 tekno kick bass, splashed with amens and drum & bass drops. He has been part of the staple diet of the Bristol and UK rave scene for over 15 years.

Slinks love for the donk sound began when started listening to and mixing rave music in the early 00's. As a teenager he started frequenting London underground club nights such as Frantic and Sanctuary, it was on these sweaty dancefloors he was first exposed to genres such as hardhouse and bounce. 
Moving to Liverpool to study, he was fortunate to be able to visit scouse house clubs like Pleasure rooms further cementing his love for the misunderstood genre. 

Although he focuses his music productions on a different style, he promises something different for us tonight, as he looks forward to playing a set that pays respect to his raving roots. Playing his first ever 'donk' set. 

Expect to hear some serious speaker shakin' dancefloor stompin' brain mashin' hardcore donk.
