Problem

A considerable reflection into modern American society and race relations between law enforcement and minority history and perception. Interracial offspring suffer along with minorities in the greatest American challenge of our day for equality regarding the quasi-military policing standard prevalent in today's American society. This track addresses concerns from a minority viewpoint. 

My son is in the cover image in order to portray a picture of the future and his social and generational challenges. The major point of this song is that many hold a certain sentiment regarding American policing but the reality is that each of us is responsible for the choices we make... hence the final chorus "Why cant we just understand, all this blood is on our hands".

Trial

Believers are divided into two camps. One camp follows Christian Zionism and is entangled in the Faith Movement often following dispensationalism. Their interpretation of holy scripture is that of a futurist perspective. This perspective began about 180 years ago and creates confusion about our faith, our walk. Father Now

This track is my personal experience with a very close friend who took his life on mothers day, 2016. It hurts, I miss him every day... and into the future... eternally. 

He made a promise to me he would not do it if I would honor my own promise to help him with something specific. In the process of fulfilling my promise, he took his life.

Never take threats of suicide lightly and never assume someone who is suicidal is merely "acting" like it. Call your local police or sheriff or at least DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE. Place yourself on suicide watch for them. I will forever miss my friend... always wishing I did more.

I never realized how difficult music production is until I struggled to make my first song from start to finish, even then the finished product can be improved and probably every song afterwards.
