Mohamed Amir Dollie, known professionally as Kidd Cartel, is a South African rapper, songwriter, record producer, and record executive. He is a multi-platinum recording artist, and a 4× Music Award nominated artist. He is best known for his hit song "Twerk Like Lexy", and as of 2020 he is cited as one of the greatest lyricists in his city of his generation.

Kidd Cartel rose to international prominence in 2019 and was invited by RiSA (Recording Industry of South Africa) to be nominated for a South African Music Award for his global hit song "Changes", featuring New York's lyrical beast, Lyrical Young Lo.
