In the winter wonderlands of Sirdal, nature plays at it`s most mysterious tricks. With the winds whispering ominous truths amongst the treetops at night and Huldra`s songs echoing in the valleys, this place holds more hidden lore than any other place on earth, and each little creature of the night knows to keep hidden from the common eye. This soundtrack let`s you journey to the far reaches of Sirdal where you otherwise wouldn`t be able to venture, and there, you`ll find a whole lot you didn`t know existed.

The Discovery

As the kids kept walking they heard a reindeer howl somewhere far up on the mountain ridge. Trying to echolocate the sound, another sound quickly catches their ears. Footsteps... on the frozen lake just below.
"Look! Over there!" 
The five children crawled closer to the edge where the glacier came to a sudden halt.
"There`s someone walking... On the lake... Do you see him?" said Luke.
"What`s he doing?"
The ragtag group kept quite and closely followed the man on his obscure quest across the lake...

The Man By The Frozen Lake

Part. 2
Fieldtrip days would always start with a fairly mundane lecture, mostly to let the students know the educational value of the trip. She usually didn’t mind, but today, it seemed to take forever.
 Normally, she wouldn’t join her classmates on field trip day, but today they were visiting Tsutenkaku. 
An old town just south of Namba. She had always loved the older parts of whatever city she had visited, so for the first time since she moved here, she would venture further than her school.  
The bus arrives. 
They get on. 
The bus leaves. 
During the bus ride, she would draw all the old houses she saw. 
She drew the old woman selling Takoyaki from her cart, she drew the children playing in the streets, she drew the shrines, she drew the old men playing Gomoku, and she tried to draw the tower of Tsutenkaku.  As they got off, they were supposed to follow their teacher for a guided tour. 
Completely mesmerised by the incredible beauty that was Osaka, Hannah ventured off on her own. Lost in her own mind, she felt alone, yet so comforted by the sweetest scent of homecooked Asian cuisine. 
Though she hadn’t  found much comfort in anything after moving to Japan, this was probably one of the most magical experiences she had ever had. Maybe her time here wouldn’t be so bad after all?

Osaka Part. II (Could I Have this dance, Tsutenkaku?)

Chirping pigeons. Chess players in the park. A copper pheasant strutting about. 
The Riverbed.
This time of year, the Kamo river was filled with water lilies, covering all sorts of wondrous mystery hiding just beneath the surface. 
She had only just got her first bike after moving to japan, and the feeling of fresh air and the smell of the river were oddly comforting. 
The Obachaan Ramen cart that had been driven up and down the various bridges connecting the two sides of the river had left it`s pungent garlic scent at every bridge crossing. Though she mostly enjoyed the scent of Japanese cuisine, she was`t sure if she would ever get used to the many new smells.
Despite the her distaste for change of any kind (making adjusting to japan quite the challenge), she was truly enjoying the scenery. 
She enjoyed Kamo.
The river seemed to go on for ever. 
The way she felt now, she was hoping it would.

Heads and hearts too full.
Adjusting to life in Osaka was hard. A times, too hard.
Her family handled the transition quite poorly and it had set them off to a rocky start.
She felt like blaming everyone, herself included.
Often finding herself in colorblind frustration made her lose sight of the great many impressions that had filled her heart so, only days earlier.
Seeing as how the only thing really making life difficult was the fact that things were different, she felt that there was no real problem to solve. Nothing to grasp at. Loneliness was inevitable, and she hated it. 
As if growing up wasn`t hard enough on her bak in the states. She was struggling. As was her mother, with the exact same thing.
Fragile. Everything seemed fragile
They all felt quite vulnerable, so to deal with this delicate situation, she ventured off on a hike to find her «kid gloves».
