After 15 years of no releases and 8 full years of not even touching electronic music-related equipment, Kiddo from Los Angeles has finally risen from the dormant state in which he was quietly building up concepts, ideas, and getting through struggles as he made his way back up through the clear skies of Los Angeles county as a hardcore poetic phoenix who had once risen and reigned the Southern California UK Hardcore scene for multiple years over a decade ago.

To those who know Kiddo very well, his taste in any and every genre of music has always been impeccable and he can go hours on end discussing music of whatever type and of whatever subject. But recently, he had a true revival of heart and knows that Happyhardcore, Hardcore, UKHardcore -Whatever you want to call it... that is his passion genre.

This mix was borne out of a love for a specific genre; a specific sound. Even within the UKHC community over a decade ago, it was easy to tell when Kiddo was around. His style is uniquely his own, he takes his music very seriously but he knows how to have fun with it, and his ear for creating natural and often awe-filled transitions and segways between tracks are beautifully crafted.

This is his 4rd "official" mix, despite being more minor ones in the past - but no matter. This mix represents Kiddo and UKHC in 2020. I really, really loved this mix and I hope you all hear it too. RyanKore gets so many props as well for not only mastering it, but his own bombin' tracks are in there too! So many tracks are good. So many transitions are good. So many concepts here are good.

I am so happy to be one of the many friends that Kiddo has, because his friends are all amazing, and even though he is the driving force and creator of this work, he would want me to say it right here and right now - without our community, without our love for each other, this mix would not exist and there would be nothing like what we have had going on for decades now in California and beyond. Thank you so much for making this mix Kiddo and after 14 years, welcome back!
