This was the set I played at the U4eeyah Music Festival this year. I was scheduled for a 2PM time slot so I thought I would try something a little different than my normal styles of music (Electro/House/DubStep etc)
This is what I came up with. All in all I was happy with my set considering it was the first time I had played any of these tracks or even a set like this. Hope you all enjoy it as well and hope to see you all at a gig in the future! Please feel free to download and share with others if you want.

U4eeyah Music Festival Set

Just going through old music I have on my hard drive and came across this! I haven't been feeling motivated lately to play or post etc....I think it has to do with trying to follow trends and keep up to date with new gear, gimmicks, etc instead of just playing music I love. This was a set I played (as DjCh3) in a competition as a new DJ to the city (Winnipeg) at a time when most of what was being played in the clubs was hip hop based or 'pop' music. I went into the competition unsure, nervous, and feeling like an underdog. After the set was done and I got some feedback I felt better. After finding out the set got enough votes to get me into the finals...I felt awesome!
I don't feel like that lately with music . . . So I have decided to go back to what I loved. . . Stay Tuned
