Kid Monday is the solo project of 22-year-old Sam Gray. After touring with various bands, he relocated to Vancouver, BC and shifted his focus to crafting his own sound. Kid is inspired by a myriad of “pop” music, and tries to fall somewhere in between the different eras and sounds. 

After collaborating with Lil B “The BasedGod”, he has now started to work with a collective of artists in Vancouver, and will be releasing music with Astoria Tracks. Kid’s first release since moving is going to be a single called ‘Sherry’, a jazzy, autotune-laced bop made during quarantine in his boxers.
