Returning to Brooklyn Fire after his impressive debut EP Extraction, we’ve been prepping KMRT’s Laced with Acid in a stealth-like manner for awhile now. We’ve decided to up the ante with a supporting cast comprised of acid house legend DJ Pierre, analog icon Paul Birken, and Belgian upstart Les Tronchiennes each adding their own interpretation to the mix. Whether it's KMRT’s original cut, Piere’s wild pitch, Paul’s self described “rhino stampede” or young gun mayhem from Les Tronchiennes we think you’ll find a weapon of choice.

Almost three years since the the high-gloss, hook-laden electronic pop of Light of the North, Miaoux Miaoux (Glasgow-based producer Julian Corrie) returns with 'School of Velocity'.  Corralling influences from eighties pop, nineties trance and the subtle, assured melodicism of Caribou, it's an ecelctic thrill of an album.  

With 'It's The Quick', Miaoux Miaoux channels the dance-floor angularity of LCD Soundsystem to great effect: an infectious, exhilarating calling card for the album that follows in June.
