When You're Around

This track is inspired by "A Christmas Carol" it reminds us that we cannot take our possessions with us on our last day so not to be selfish and greedy. I guess the reference to the raven and the dark clouds comes from my love for Alan Parsons Projects "Tales of mystery and imagination" whilst the acapella is inspired by Suzanne Vega - Toms Diner, which was originally released as an acapella.

One Step Closer

Robert Edgar was a homeless guy walking the streets of Manchester from 1962 to 1991. He often walked with victims of mental health like dementia or victims of domestic violence into the early hours of the morning to make sure they got home safe and well.  In return those victims and their familes would leave a light on to tell him they had left food and drink out for him - This is my tribute to Mr Edgar

Why Did I Care

Hi, thanks for checking out my profile, I really hope you like my songs and that you will come back to listen again as I add more. I started writing songs in 2018.  Apologies, I use Soundcloud to provide a platform for my songs / demos.
  
My dream is that one day my songs will be performed to their full potential by more accomplished musicians. For now, I hope you will forgive my musical inexperience and that you enjoy the songs.
