Still waters run deep, deep waters get dark. @Arutani lifted the curtain to catch a glimpse of what is behind and came back with slow paced stories of irreality: Dry, driving and with a lovely greyish tint. Basel's heimlicher hero does know his way around threading telling, pushing and lifting, with an eye and ear for the little details. Like his predecessors: Lost in Luise without losing track.

Rebellion der Träumers second Utopia compilation picks up right where the first one left, featuring a variety of our favourite artists from various backgrounds: 14 thoughtfully selected tracks that showcase an exclusive cross-section of the infamous signature Rebellion der Träumer sound. A trip that goes deep down the rabbit hole into the spirit and essence of our events - Intense, yet groovy, dark but nonetheless colourful. The journey takes you from deep techno and soulful downbeat tracks to bass-heavy space disco and into blissfully uplifting spheres.
This years edition features well established artists such as Monolink, Budakid or Philipp Kempnich, alongside some of the finest current downbeat artists like Elfenberg, Coss, Iorie, Zazou and Arutani, all rounded off with label friends and some first time guests: Mert Eser, Zebra Centauri, Elias Doré, Oberst & Buchner, Tony Casanova, Acado, Herrhausen & Treindl and Opal.

"Utopia II" will be released November 30th 2018.

Nine months after releasing Acuds Verbrennungsmotor Ep, we are not done with it yet. We found five wonderful artists to get everything out of the engine, which resulted in this new Remix EP. The title track, produced by ACUD and BEATMÖRTELZ, is here new interpreted in an impressive way by the downtempo specialists ARUTANI and O/Y, by RODION (ALIEN ALIEN), which is known for his massive Nu-Disco Skills, and finally, in a faster version, by AIO. Further LUKAS ENDHARDT gives the poetic track FLIEGEPETER a new look. The original version by ACUD will be published also in a radio version.

what a journey. it was an honor and a longtime dream of mine to play a set at the legendary ФУЗИОН Festival. my dearest thanks go out to everyone who has supported me over the years, my amazing crew from basel and of course my girlfriend and family. without all of you, i would never be where i am today.

this set features a lot of new music; a large part are new projects of mine, others are new magic from my partner in crime @arutani, including another collab with me and @dandaramusic. and of course some of my general favorites at the moment. i hope you enjoy it.

Bonfante nimmt den Laden mit virtuoser Verwegenheit so richtig schön auseinander. Die besagte Virtuosität äußert sich in den verschlungenen Melodien der Dame – und die Verwegenheit darin, wie sie diese Melodien im Takt des turbogeladenen Bassantriebs genüsslich eskalieren lässt. Auch in ihren Vocal-Parts spiegelt sich auf fraktalhafte Weise diese reflektierte Form der Wildheit wieder. Der Remix von Mollono.Bass öffnet viel Raum für die Atmosphäre und geht darin nach vorne, Arutani schifft uns mit ordentlich Tiefgang in den unteren BPM Bereich.

Bonfante takes the dancefloor apart with virtuous audacity. The virtuosity part finds expression in the intricate melodies of this lady - whereas the audacity looms in the way she straps these melodies to the supercharged rhythm sections, creating a vortex of elevating escalation. Her emotive vocals reflect this passionate form of sophistication like the shimmering details of a fractal pattern. The uplifting remix of Mollono.Bass opens a huge audio space for the atmosphere, and the intoxicating deepness of Arutani gets us going at the lower end of the BPM spectrum.

In 2019, ARUTANI became active for the KELLER label for the first time. With the remix for the song “Verbrennungsmotor” by ACUD and BEATMÖRTELZ, he made a significant contribution to the spread of the Fusion 2019 hit. Now his own EP is coming out on KELLER, which is extraordinarily deep. Sweet melodies are immediately broken by marshy, deep bass structures. The three originals are joined by two remixes by BRIGADE and ACUD. This powerhouse calls for a dance floor. Fingers crossed!!
