Kies (23) is a DJ and Producer based in Berlin and co-founder of Audio Visuelles Kombinat (AVK).

Musically he is inspired by the late 90's and early 00's percussive and tribal techno, which he showcases both on vinyl as well as digital. He focuses on keeping a konstant groove while setting the mood with driving basslines.
In his productions Kies combines his favorite elements of oldschool techno with new possibilities of sound design and synthesis.

Take a couple of deep breaths, close your eyes and let go off 2022 with us. We are closing this year with a mix by one of Berlin's most promising new talents at the moment. After taking us through a versatile introduction of ambient and breaks, Kies then showcases his inimitable dexterity in groovy, sometimes tribal-esque Techno, and finally lands on a ravey happy hardcore closer. The member of the Audiovisionelles network proves a deep understanding of rhythms and textures and combines a brilliant track selection with crafty mixing skills, building up a diaphoretic set with a euphoric climax. So throw your hands up in the air, show us your gnarliest bass faces and gun fingers, stomp your feet like there's no tomorrow, get sweaty and say "bye bye '22" with us.
