this was a technical, learning exercise. The work, obviously, is by Jean-Michel Jarre and the original midi sequencing was done by Brian Havis about twenty years ago with Compuserve ID CIS 70374,2275. I've edited the sequences slightly and made some changes here and there but little of this is original. I remind you this was a learning exercise to familiarise myself better with a few new synths and a new sequencer application. 
Hope you enjoy it and if Jean-Michel Jarre or his lawyers have a problem with my sharing this I will happily remove it upon request - this is not done for profit, simply to prove to a few friends, with limited distribution, that my disappearing into a darkened room for long periods and regularly talking about electronic music is not entirely fruitless plus I'm obviously enjoying it! ;)

Equinoxe Part IV - version - Roland Juno-Di & Yamaha MU-80

We're kicking off 2017 in style with another monstrous collaboration between two members of the Cinematique family. This time Norwegian Anders. found his musical counterpart in the Russian artist named Hells Kitchen.

We've seen Anders. making quite some appearances recently on our label but we are very thrilled as well with the return of Hells Kitchen. It's been a while since we've seen him on Cinematique so it was about the right time for his come back. And what a worthy return it is! 

The epic title track of this EP comes in two versions, a vocal one featuring Pish and a dub version. Both versions will make an impression without a doubt! In between you can find two more melodic techno master pieces 'Apex' and 'Gamma' plus a beautiful off beat tune called 'Station'. It's going to be another beautiful year!
