Hailing from Queensland, Kiki made the move to to Northern NSW to attend Southern Cross University and is currently completing a Bachelor of Contemporary Music majoring in Performance- Vocals. She has been singing since the age of 5, and has just recently forayed into songwriting. Originally trained on piano, she has recently taken up acoustic guitar to expand her repertoire and creativity. Sitting in the acoustic indie folk genre, she draws influences from many different musical genres and artists including Esperanza Spalding, Brooke Fraser, Angus & Julia Stone, Passenger, John Mayer, Bob Dylan, and Leonard Cohen, to name just a few. She is currently working on her debut EP, and has just commenced gigging in the Northern Rivers (Lismore, Ballina, Byron Bay) area as both a solo artist, member of local acoustic trio, Quilah, and fronting local funk/blues band, Cougs & The Bromance.
