Ruede Hagelstein and Watergate go hand in hand. Not only is Ruede one of the longest running residents at the club, but he's also the man behind some of the label's most acclaimed music and the curator responsible for lucky number 13 in the illustrious Watergate mix series. With this, it seemed obvious to put Ruede up to his next task: an album. It is with great anticipation and excitement that we bring you the first LP for both, Ruede and Watergate Records, Apophenia. 

Apophenia is the experience of seeing patterns or connections in random or meaningless data, and for Ruede, this is the perfect interpretation to describe his writing process, in which ideas appear from the empty, chaotic darkness. A random chord progression or percussion arrangement opens the door to the imagination where structures appear and begin to take shape. Unlike most of his previous work, Apophenia is not strictly attached to the dance floor, but created to fit just as seamless while listening at home as it is in the club. For over a year, Ruede collected ideas and visualized his plan. It was important not to mimic his earlier work, but to focus on a certain sound. While staying minimalistic yet extremely organic and melodic he has created a timeless long player.

While the LP spans a range of emotions, it is always grounded in Ruede's unparalleled, singular sound. Pair that with some notable features from artists like PillowTalk, Hollis P. Monroe & Overnite, Justin Evans and C.A.R. and you have a plethora of dazzling music. With tracks like "Moon Rabbit", "Life Is A Beach" and "Found A Place" Ruede displays the sound of a night at the club while "Already Undone feat. Pillowtalk" and "Pareidolia" take rides through the deeper, emotional spaces. In the end, "Apophenia" is the perfect display of not just Ruede's artistry, but Watergate's musical vision, which together, create an illustrious and undeniable entity.

The Futurists rejected tradition and introduced experimental sounds , and this fact, that influenced a lot of composers during the 20th century, helped them to build a concept that started the career of Barcelona based duo Iro Aka. The evolution of their music started with this EP, fluctuating through psychedelic and esoteric influences, taking as its main references the continuous technological evolution and those new techniques to make electronic music. “Futur” is an extract of the first ideas of Iro Aka. They started the project at the beginning of the 2017 and then this EP was produced then, showing the abstraction that they felt at that moment, a path drawn by different sounds that came from different people and different places.
Tapan leaves their mark on Zukunft with reimagining the original as a slowly building, tribal inspired and almost sitting in an alternative timeline. Clever use of percussive elements does not take away from the track being playable in the club.
The slightly psychedelic dance floor experience is delivered by Anatolian Weapons. Pulsating rhythms intertwine with classic drum sounds and paint a mood almost contradicting the vocals of the track. Perfect secret track for any dance-floor.

Based in Marseille, the Dark Disco institution is still a bar, a Dj/producer crew, a record label and a club devoted to this music. The structure celebrates this milestone anniversary with the release of this exclusive compilation composed of 10 original tracks that perfectly represent the sound they have been developing for 10 years now.

His unique sound is a mixture between light and darkness, and this mix showcases his taste to great effect. We are big fans and recommend keeping a eye on this promising artist.

1) Introduce yourself?

My name is Daniel Jurevič, I’m a music producer and DJ based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

2) What have been your highlights from the last 12 months?

My music career only began last year but I’ve already released single on Sinchi, with remixes from Tolouse Low Trax and Roe Deers. Plus two remixes released on “P P P” and “Partyzanai Pop” labels.

3) What do you have lined up for the coming year?

Looking forward to my upcoming EP on “Partyzanai Pop”, also I have few new tracks ready and a free download track coming soon.

Also  some new gigs and many more tracks are planned for the rest of the year.

First and foremost, we at Sinchi Collective would like to wish all our fans, followers and moral believers a “Happy New Year” and our deepest gratitude for all the support in the past years and for the years to come! 

Our introductory pick for 2020 is a compilation from the French studio addict “@Yuksek” who has redefined the realms of disco and synth-pop with his productions and through his imprint “Party fine”. His love for NewYork scene and French electronic music led him to collaborate with an array of iconic artists such as Moby, JD Samson, Gorillaz to name a few. 

This 5th chapter of an exclusive compilation containing unreleased tracks from new members such as Dimitri from Paris, Jean Tonique, Dombrance offers a smooth blend of Party fine’s aesthetic and euphoria. 

Our personal pick from this compilation is “The Other Day” by Getaroom! (@getaroomofficial) who joins forces with “Chloe" from C.A.R (@c_a_r), whose eclectic vocals transcends the realms of disco. This track is a statement that “Disco” is a subjective genre and it has always been difficult to see the boundaries of the movement and all the influences it has ever had or will have on the electronic scene.

PREMIERE – Getaroom! – The Other Day feat. C.A.R. (Partyfine)

Aurum Miles aka. Aurimas Mileöinas is producer/songwriter/dj from Lithuania, based in Vilnius. 
Born in late '80s with a Queen "A Kind of Magic" vinyl in the hands. 
Whole childhood he was inspired by Classic Rock and Shoegazing Brit Music. Later discovered world of electronic sounds by touching JUNO-6 for the first time, what made a substantial effect in his future life. 
After a lot of years of practising playing guitar, keyboards, drums and everything what make sounds, Aurum Miles finally started producing some kind of Weird Electronic music combining Rock, Psychededic and Electronic Sounds. Never settle to one style, always experimenting with compositions of different type of sounds. His production comes from pink to dark...from vanilla to chocolate...or...whatever. In short, you never know what to expect from Aurum Miles. 
In 2015 Aurum Miles was a member of temporary project BlowEnder. He influensed the bright and groovie side of BlowEnder style. 
Now, Aurum Miles is continuing producing electronic music and searching for new fresh sounds. 
You won't see Aurum Miles playing in the disco very often. But if you get lucky to witness that...just...please..."don't burn your house on Sunday morning".
