R.I.P Gus aka Lil Peep. I'm going to be completely honest here. When I first heard and saw him, I immedietly  hated on him. I thought his music was awful, his style was emo and extra af, and I thought he was a joke. But then I heard about his death and I started to listen to more and more of his music. In almost every song, he talked about death and how he WANTS to die. People thought he was joking or just saying it for the shock value.... and look what happened. Just because someone is dead doesnt mean their music becomes better or more enjoyable. However, i feel like his death gave his vibe and his music more authenticity and as fucked up as it sounds, thats what it took for people to realize his greatness... including me. His music is not for everyone but based on his current work, he clearly had a lot of potential and talent. He taught me to stay away from xanax, to say how you feel, and not to be ashamed of who you are. Thank you gus, RIP Lil Peep ... :(
