"Hi! I'm Artis Gato, techno Dj and music producer, and I hope you enjoy my newest remix on Sweet Harmony by Doppe & Kokke. I usually create sound in different types of techno (but started with Big Room sound though). However, sometimes I create relaxed easy sound in major as well. If you willing to go deeper in sound I do, I invite you to investigate to EP's Dancing Wood or Polygama, or any of my latest tunes.
I decided to do remix on Sweet Harmony because it has nice melody, song structure, stunning vocals and Doppe & Kokke gave it nice flavor of relaxed Tropical House song. I wanted to take all this and move through my emotions for making my own vision of the song. As I'm a techno DJ I decided to rise up tempo from 102 to 118 in order to make it ideal for dance sets.. I enjoy to play with track structure, therefore, I did many weird structural things to make it even more interesting. I decided to use two main melodies in order to give the track more charm. One is more about techno like, to speed it up, and one dreamy like, to give it a more relaxed feel. So you can choose where you are and stay there, or change it.
For me making music is about communicating with people via sound, exchanging emotions. So I'm trying to express one emotion per track and focus on it fully. If I have few ideas I prefer to use them in different tracks but not in the same one, in order to communicate with listener in strict understandable way.
