Solid Steel (10th April) We welcome New York resident Nick Hook in Hour 1. His recent Collage v.1 EP on Ninja Tune and Serato Pressing , saw Hook collaborate with a score of talents from P-Funk legend Bernie Worrell to 808 originator Egyptian Lover and two of hip hop's freshest voices, Kilo Kish and Bodega BAMZ, to name just a few. The phrase 'ankle buster' originated in surf culture as a reference to the kind of small, rolling wave that leaves your tarsus in tatters. Aussie house duo Cut Snake's latest mix, though, titled 'Maybe Why Not' in honor of their new single, is so stuffed with groovy house jams that you should be concerned for your ankles as it'll have you jacking with some vigor.
Stuffed with winners from Dusky, Doorly, Leftwing & Kody, Justin Jay and Cassian, the mix is centered around their own "Maybe Why Not," made with the obviously Aussily named Wongo.

Clocking in at an hour and kicking off with a pan flute solo (can you ever really get enough pan flute?), this mix is all good vibes from Sedz and Fish.

An unforeseen consequence that in a time of digitalization and over-saturation has left us on a loop and have left the people dehydrated. 

Venues have openly expressed this deep thirst through parched lips and swollen tongues. Dusty hands are put in the air between spotlights and lazers. Children weep on corners to empty grooves. To what purpose? Is there an end to the madness?
 
One party crew has risen from the ashes of a saturated music scene to deliver fresh and fluid House beats to quench the thirst of its parched citizens. West Coast born-and-bred musicians (magicians, if you will), Fritz Carlton, Ghostea, Kevin Anderson, Lubelski, and Rybo have banded together in pursuit of resolving this saturation by giving their beats to the good people of LA and the world with a brand new label titled - Room Temperature Records
