Killscreen Recordings is a bass music record label from THE NORTH, UK. 
Having taken a long sabbatical from the scene, killscreen are looking to take things by storm releasing a wave of futuristic beats with an old school edge. 
Re-inspired by the darker side of the jungle and dubstep scenes from both past and present.

Something has happened to mainstream drum and bass, and we don't like it. 
We know who did it, and we want to change it. 
Remember when tracks sounded different... and pitch bend was a rare thing? 
Remember skulking around the stage at Guidance, Manchester while Jack Frost rinsed
'The Locust' and DJ Trace dropped a fat amen plate?
Remember classic sparse sounds, like those on 'The Protoype Years' and 'Platinum Breaks'... Artists like 'Future Forces' on Renegade, Doc Scott, Hidden Agenda.

Nobody wants to stay in the past, drum and bass is about expression, and being at the forefront of the music production scene. We want modern takes on this era, not carbon copies.

Bring back the darkness, keep it fresh, never imitate, that's our mission.
