Subtraction is a Hiphop R&B song made by producer and percussionist Morg@n during the summer of 2020 pandemic. "I wanted to make more tracks that can relate and accommodate with how everyone was locked inside during that time, such as on separations, breakups, and even loss. It was heavily inspired by Drake's Toosie Slide"-Morg@n.

Subtraction

"Cogito" parla della voglia di uscire per un attimo da una realtà in cui siamo intrappolati, per entrarne in un'altra migliore. Non esiste una realtà migliore di un'altra, ma ognuno dovrebbe immaginare la propria in cui si è liberi di essere se stessi.

I used a vocal sample from Cubase 11's Bloom sample pack and made the rest with MIDI or my guitar. The synth solo is a guitar solo I converted to MIDI and loaded into Halion 6, for example. I did this with the bass line as well I used Superior Drummer and EZ Keys as well and programmed some of the keys by hand.
