A scammer tried to lure me in with an advance payment. He wanted a personalized birthday song. I was able to keep him on a leash long enough to get details about this fictional “birthday boy”,  which I turned into text. The profile has since been deleted, but I wrote the song anyway,  just re-dedicated it. It was an interesting inspiring experiment…

The marble sculpture "Monument to the Unknown Deserter" was created in 1989 at the instigation of the Bonn Peace Plenum by the Turkish sculptor Mehmet Aksoy, who was living in Berlin at the time.

“Classy Slang” depicts an inner outcry carried with reason and pride.
To be honest, there is no such thing as “classy slang.”
This track embodies that contradiction: refusing to become crude, restraining emotion with intellect, yet still trying to let it spill out.
My process begins with imitation, and although I aimed for a soulful feel, unfortunately, I felt it was difficult for me to recreate soul music.
This track is the album version of a single edit scheduled for release next year, with refined sound balance to enhance tension and resonance.

Unimportant. We do what we have to do. Blake understood. Treated it like a joke, but he understood. He saw the cracks in society, saw the little men in masks trying to hold it together...he saw the true face of the twentieth century and chose to become a reflection of it, a parody of it. No one else saw the joke. That's why he was lonely. Heard joke once: Man goes into doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says "Treatmen is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says "But, Doctor...I am Pagliacci." Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains."
