This song started as a recording of Computart playing the guitar and singing/whistling to a metronome, which you can find raw on his page. Having worked together before on a song called The Shining, the Frenchman reached across the pond again and asked the Yank if he would like to add anything to this. This style of music being one of Josh's favorites, he jumped at the chance. He got Ken involved right away because every great song needs a great drummer. Josh added a bass line, to which Ken added drums, to which Josh redid his bass line, as is their usual process. Josh then added the mandolin. Then, Ken added the hand drums to put the icing on the cake. Tez was generous enough to produce and mix this for us, and we feel like he got it to sound like we were all playing in the same room together. 

  We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed putting it together.

Plaisir - The Eclectic Collective with Computart

This song is another Elvis cover song that was in the movie "Girl Happy" written in 1964 by Baum/Giant/Kaye. Since spring is just around the corner, I thought it would be a fun song to post. I played all the instruments and me and my wonderful wife Ana sang it during the pandemic in 2020. The video was so much fun to produce because it makes you want to get up, get out, and enjoy the birth of another spring! The birds, bees, butterflies, and love are all in the air! I love covering Elvis songs that are kind of obscure, they are gems hidden in his films. The story of this song is that a man in a reality show asks a girl to dance. 

To be honest, I have never watched reality shows. I read a manga Oshi no Ko (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oshi_no_Ko) which is pretty nice, and gave me inspiration.

What I like about this song is that it changes modes back and forth several times.

Will music change if I change? Even if I change the music, I won't change. I don't have enough songs to make music that is high-quality and has a rich aroma. Even so, when I release my recent songs and listen to them again later, I think they're great. When I think about my music in the middle of the night, I feel happy.

Bad Headache

The much loved Radio Station was shutting down , a very sad day . This is the 2nd song by myself and well respected Alabama Lyricist Tony Harris , our next outing is a Country Rock song on the 22nd . Before that Charlie and the Fox have a cracking song out on the 15th of this Month , our working title was Sad Song , but it ended up a bit of a Dance track ( sort of ! ) Then on the 1st of May is a great track by brilliant New York Lyricist Andrea Brennan and I , working on a new one at the moment .
