Lorca kick starts 2014 with Forgive Me Love / Naoko, his debut release on Breach’s (aka Ben Westbeech)Naked Naked imprint, joining the ranks of Dusky, Dark Sky, Midland, Mak & Pasteman and Westbeech himself.

The two-­track EP follows up Lorca’s highly acclaimed 2013 If I Told You EP on 2020 Midnight Visions, and his stellar remix of Ghostpoet’s Cold Win which received widespread support, with Midland tipping it as quite possibly the remix of the year.

With highly lauded releases on Dummy, Throwing Snow’s Left_blank imprint and Church, Lorca has made a strong impression in the two short years he’s been producing. His superb Can’t See Higher / Missed Me EP in 2012 on Dummy was the turning point, transforming him from a promising young talent into an exceptional one, gaining support from the likes of Bonobo, Rob Da Bank, Deetron and Scuba...

This latest release meets building expectations, both tracks incredibly smooth, nostalgia-­inducing and heavily textured, solidifying Lorca’s unique sound.

Manamana - Live At Nachtdigital 2017

Following releases for the likes of Freerange and Permanent Vacation, Berlin duo Kim Brown (aka local heroes Ji-Hun Kim & Julian Braun) return to Needwant this week with 'Pleasuredome Continuum', their second EP for the label. It's comprised of two dynamic breakbeat cuts and remixes from Earth Boys (Let's Play House) and Kemback (Omena/Futureboogie).

We're very happy to be premiering lead track 'Helical Scan', which shoots for the stars with effervescent synths and crunchy drums. Somehow it finds the sweet spot that conjures up well-earned exhaustion and saucer-eyed elation, all at the same time.
