I'm originally from the West Country but now based in London. I'm performing with several projects but always on the look out for something interesting.

I started out self-taught but took on a tutor to achieve my grades and finally spent three years studying at the Academy of Contemporary Music. Under the guidance of tutors Stefan Redtenbacher, Nik Preston and Mike Nichols I achieved a 2:1 BA Hons Degree in Popular Music. During this time I developed my skills as both bass player and musician, working on compositions as well as harmonic and theoretical knowledge, instrumental technique, sight reading and stylistic diversity. I enjoy playing a range of styles including rock, pop, jazz, funk, soul, motown, blues and latin.

I have had the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience in both live performance and studio recording with numerous acts including digitally release acts "Supernova" and "Elysium Project". In 2009 I performed in a 3 week run of the "Rex Roman Pink Floyd Show" at The Edinburgh Festival as well as one-off shows at many other theatres around the UK. I'm now particularly interested in joining an originals funk/soul based project.
