“Ward 7” is a chapter in the Years Without Help concept album.
This track sits inside the emergency room/psych ward reality — when someone asks for help at their breaking point, but the system is overloaded, understaffed, and built for containment more than care. It’s the terrifying limbo between “I’m trying to live” and “please don’t miss me.”

Alt-R&B with lo-fi trap drums and spoken-word confession, close-mic and tense like fluorescent nights and waiting-room time. This chapter shows how people can leave a ward alive but still unheard.
